Have you received a promotional code to use on Bikevo but don't know how to activate it?

Promotional codes are made up of alphanumeric characters with a maximum length of 15 characters.

You can activate your promotional code both from the website and from the Bikevo application.

If you haven't downloaded it yet, please do so:

• Download the Bikevo App for Android devices;
• Download the Bikevo App for Apple devices.

Activating the promotional code from the Bikevo App

• Enter the Bikevo application. If you are not yet registered, proceed with registration in the App and log in with the chosen credentials;
• On the App Homepage, click on the "Bikevo Products" tab;

• On the next page click on the icon at the top right that opens the navigation menu and click on "Products";

• On the "Products" page, click on "Buy now";

• On the purchase page, enter your code into the "I have a promotional code" field and click Apply;

The cart will be brought to zero. Now accept the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of the service and click "Buy now" to finalize the purchase!

Note: If the promotional code does not work, make sure you have entered it correctly. If you entered the code correctly but you are given an error, contact us by filling out the form on this page quoting the promotional code and the source from which you received it.

Activation of the promotional code from the website

• Connect to the page https://www.bikevo.com/en/shop/
• Click on the "Buy Now" button

• You will be redirected to the login page, at this point enter your credentials. If you are not registered yet, you can do so here: https://www.bikevo.com/en/sign-up/

• Once logged in, navigate again to the page: https://www.bikevo.com/en/shop/ and repeat step 2;
• On the product purchase page, enter the promotional code in the "I have a promotional code" field; accept the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Service and click "Apply";

• The cart balance will automatically become set to zero and you can activate your promotional code by clicking on "Buy now".
